Justiça?

O universo como nós o conhecemos é, ao mesmo tempo, tão gracioso e tão... PRIMITIVO! É sério: vejam a justiça, por exemplo. Ela é medieval, assim como a igreja. (Impossível evitar o paralelo!) Assim é como eu vejo essas duas instituições nos dias de hoje:

Elas lidam com os "erros" da mesma maneira. A igreja faz os pecadores pagarem uma penitência e pronto: lá vão eles prontinhos pra pecar de novo! E a justiça? Tragam os criminosos! Vamos puni-los! Ao recuperarem a "liberdade", estão louquinhos pra fazer umas maldadezinhas!

Quando é que esse sistema monstruoso todo vai mudar e começar a ajudar as pessoas que erram ao invés de violentá-las e enganá-las? Para que elas sejam realmente "consertadas" e deixem de ser ameaçadoras? Hum... Trabalho voluntário com as crianças?

E essa é a hora em que os críticos de plantão me perguntam: "E se fosse contigo? Se alguém te fizesse mal? Tu não ia querer justiça? Bla, bla bla?" Primeiro: escolhi um caminho que me deixa longe de quem queira me fazer mal. Segundo: tentem entender que todos somos um. Terceiro: usem um pouquinho de QI pra perceber a incoerência dessas instituições pra lá de ultrapassadas, erradas, podres, preconceituosas, viciadas, etc., etc., etc.!

"Diz-se que não há pecado em matar uma besta. Apenas em matar um homem. Mas onde um começa e o outro termina?"

Justice?

The universe as we know it is at the same time so gracious and so ... PRIMITIVE! Seriously: look at justice, for example. It is medieval, as well as the church. (Impossible to avoid parallel!) This is how I see these two institutions today:

They deal with "errors " the same way. The church makes the sinners pay a penance and it's done: there they all go ready to sin again! What about justice? Bring the criminals! Let's punish them! As they get their "freedom" back, they are eager to perform some little evil things!

When will this whole monstrous system change and start helping the people who make mistakes rather than raping and deceiving them? So that they are truly "fixed" and stop being a threat? Hmm .. Volunteer work with children?
And this is the time when always-on-the-look critics ask me: "What if it were you? If someone hurt you? Wouldn't you want justice? Bla, bla bla?" First: I chose a path that gets me away from those who want to hurt me. Secondly: try to understand that we are one. Thirdly: use a bit of IQ to realize the incoherence of these institutions indeed very much outdated, wrong, rotten, full of prejudice, biased, etc., etc., etc.!
